Terrible customer service. I walked in and waited almost 5 mins. The person working the counter didnt even acknowledge I was there. I finally left along with the person behind me. Here's a hint...if you're busy tell the customer you'll be right with them, and don't ignore them. Plenty of other taco shops in poway that have good and or great service. No need to go here for no service and high prices!! There was no one else eating in the place and only one car in the drive thru. I don't know how they stay in business...
Raspados are bombalicious! Come get 2, haha! Like a taco shop but they also serve ice cream. And if you don't know what a raspado is, try one. It is shaved ice with not kona syrup. They have flavors like coconut, walnut, strawberry, vanilla and they are not water based syrups. I can't express how fabulous they are, just go have one and thank me later.
Food is subpar at best. Good fruit drinks if you can get em fresh.Carne asada taste like it was made by a white guy.Why are the pieces cut so large...and chewy.For like the third time they forgot my straws and hot sauce..Place sucks.
The food is excellent! They offer a unique burrito that includes hot Cheetos, and it's truly the best. Additionally, their sauces are fantastic. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!
This place is certainly unique. I've noticed some questionable activities happening at night, possibly involving illegal substances. It might be a front, or maybe the new management is just experimenting with the atmosphere. Regardless, I didn’t find the food to be very enjoyable. On the bright side, the interior looks quite nice.
