Food was fine. This night, there were many problems in the restaurant though. Lights were not working in a section of the dining area and service was slow. So slow, in fact, that the manager was called from table to table for complaining customers and offering complimentary items or taking items off of checks. It’s a wonderful experience to dine there, whether with friends or family. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent in a quiet and clean environment.
Came here with my family here after a day of shopping at the galleria. I was excited because it was my first time eating at one, and it’s safe to say I will never eat at one again. The waitress was very inattentive and the restaurant was not anywhere near full. After ordering it took a very very long time for our food to actually get out to us. The food was gross and had definitely been sitting under hot lamps for a quite some time before being brought to our table, the Mac and cheese and even a burger were dried out very bad. And everything was covered in salt. The steak was ok, but everything else on the plate wasn’t. We weren’t even given condiments or cutlery, we had to ask for them or get them ourselves off of other tables. Terrible experience, terrible food, just overall terrible. Never again.
We had great food, service and was very quick! We will definitely go back! Was nice seeing the Kingston manager now there.
