Thus is a very different experience than it used to be. Actually sat where the old kitchen used to be. Alas, no tienda or lengua, or tripe soup. Freshly remodeled and bright, it is decidedly brighter and less decrepit than the old interior. The food was great. They hit all their marks and it was presented well. My experience at this restaurant was bad, bad service, it took a long time and today, February 14, there were only 3 tables occupied and they told us that we had to wait 2 hours. It doesn't seem fair to me, they lose buyers because of the Latin cash register guy who has no manners at all. Sometimes the boy has attitudes and does not know how to pay attention.
