After being very disappointed at the restaurant almost next door, we decided to move across the street to this restaurant. The goal was a dessert and a few drinks on the advertised terrace with a view of the Bay of Trieste. However, we were disappointed that if we only wanted desserts or drinks, we were not allowed on the terrace, which is only available to restaurant visitors. Honest? I would understand if the terra...
