We eat here, and have coffee's 2-3 times per week, coffee always goood, food 99% of time, fast and hot, staff very obliging and genuinely friendly. The management in dealing with any complaints, very efficient, including owners and shift supervisors; not that we have had any complaints. Coffee is stone cold. Fix your damn temp gauge for gods sake. Such a shame since the new owners have taken over the coffee has gone down hill majorly and its inconsistent. Although consistently stone cold! We used to spend hundreds there a week on coffee for ourselves and our bussiness but after constantly complaining about the temperature being cold and not being listened to we found a new cafe to go instead.
