Westward Whiskey - Portland

What User likes about Westward Whiskey:
Very friendly staff with plenty of space to sit and enjoy a drink. I just want to call Riley because I'm a great guy. The ins and outs of our whiskey wings told us, came back with treats for my dogs and engaged in excellent conversation throughout our time there. What David Fitzpatrick doesn't like about Westward Whiskey:
3 people behind the counter. More interested in their conversation than to to help me. I asked about purchasing a small bottle of whiskey. Was immediately told I could not have it on the flight. I explained I wasn't going on a plane, I was eating lunch. Then a woman laughed at me, and said something about the bottle having to be sealed so they would not sell it to me! I didn't understand the problem. I just wanted to buy a bottle. Thought that is what they were there for. Not to police what I do with it! Crazy passive aggressive disrespect. What else do you expect from a snooty Portland business. Won't ever be back.
