I ordered via the app this morning, received my confirmation email immediately, turned up just now at the correct time to collect my pizza and they aren't open. Had to call 3 times to get an answer. Owner not very apologetic it rained heavily earlier so they decided not to open, but apparently didn't realise they had any orders. I have now been refunded but no real apology poor form.
