This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Taco Bell. Not only did they not have the large items I paid for, but they also tried to give me nothing in return. I had to insist on receiving something since they couldn't refund me. Then I tried the potato bowls and they were as hard as rocks, made from old, dirty, dried out potatoes.
