The girl at the register in the morning is very efficient and remembers returning customers and their preferences. However, the soda machine could use a cleaning as the ginger ale tastes dirty. The straws are not individually packaged and are all together in a box that customers can touch when grabbing their own. is sad to see a place like panera, have such unprofessional employees. I took my son and father's law to lunch and had the unfortunate to find a hair in my pizza! They would think the manager would be apologetic and more concerned about the assurance of customer satisfaction, instead he went away without even apologising! sad to see manager with zero customer experience!
