I just want to say I have been ordering from Lenny?s on line at chow now due to Covid using their delivery service . My last order was missing item and incorrect. I spoke directly to Lenny?s Keith mgt and apologized and refunded my order and chow now gave me an additional credit for future delivery and apology from mgt. Yesterday I ordered a Low Carb Bagel with Jalapeno-Creme cheese. I got a whole bagel with Jalapeno Tofutti. Because of the lack of time I had to go in, I disregarded the mistake and decided to give Lennys another shot. I went in today. I asked for a low carb bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and a whole bagel with butter. The lady gave me the wrong order. The customer service has fallen enormously here. Wouldn't recom...
