Ordered my steak medium and received a chewy piece of meat that was charred and cooked well done. I could barely cut it. Sent it back and got a wonderful juicy steak cooked right. Man to the left and lady to the right of me also sent their steaks back for being cooked incorrectly so I guess chef had a bad day or maybe someone new.
