I will gladly offer her a Five star rating on her presentation and decorating ability, but as for flavor and texture of her cheesecakes, only Two stars given. We purchased threes flavors by the slice. Texture was too loose, and flavor was just slightly off as if inferior cheap products were used, maybe artificial vanilla and cheap butter.
