Terrible attitude. We asked for a dirty chai and her snooty response was we aren 't a Starbucks you know what kind of response is that ? It 's quite simple to acknowledge that you don 't know how to mix a shot of espresso with a chai latte and say sorry, we don 't have that here instead of the attitude.
