When we arrived at Travel Thru, the restaurant was not crowded. However, they had an inexperienced drive-thru worker taking orders outside like Chick-fil-A does. After placing our order, we were informed that there would be an 8-minute wait for our food. The quality of the food was mediocre at best. View all feedback.
Fresh food! amazing customer service! Many thanks to tristin that they go beyond and beyond to help me place my order if I couldn't do it online and I couldn't go thru the running thru becuhs I was in my semi truck (professional driver otr at the moment) that meant so much to me! my food was fireeeee
This location has a newly renovated exterior of the building, cute, country style. not safe in the inner, as they still do not offer or withdraw. his still passing through. there is a zelt with a worker out there that seems to make the journey through a little faster., although there is still a wait if they don't beat it too exactly the right time. and you could wait literally around the building to be wrapped around the menu item. I have to say, but I love some zaxbys and sometimes it's worth waiting!
The chicken tenders we super juicy and tasty The fries were moist on the inside and moderately crispy on the outside.
I've been a lover of virtually every Zaxby's location I've visited, and this specific one is certainly no exception. Their menu never disappoints – from the tasty buffalo chicken fingers and perfectly toasted Texas toast to those all-so-cheesy cheddar bites. And, of course, who could forget those delicious chocolate chip cookies? If there's a minor drawback to mention, it would be the extended wait times during peak hours. However, the impeccable quality of the food and the overall experience always make the wait worth it. Highly recommended for a memorable and flavorful meal!
Ordered Southwest Grilled salad to go. When I got to my hotel there were 3 small pieces {1/2inch cube} on the salad. There were 6 pieces of tortilla strips. The eggroll was burnt to crisp. It was late and I didn't feel like driving back to the location. It looked like the kitchen was getting low on ingredients. Usually this location is very good in terms of food quality. This time it was A HUGE failure.
