I've never had meatcakes like this, so it was a first. I don't have much to compare, but I liked it. The desert cakes were great and the service was very good. It was a nice stop a long way to our destination and the coffee was refreshing. The building is clean and they have many possibilities. We have bought from the Pie Society for several years and have loved the food. However, in the past year or so, we have noticed the filling is more scanty, and the upper crust (delicious though it is... and the only part of the pastry that I eat- the rest being rather soggy) seems thicker.
