I'm not saying the service was completely bad because the young woman at the front counter was helpful. However, the behavior of another staff member was quite off-putting. I believe customers shouldn't feel uncomfortable when visiting a restaurant, and it's concerning that such conduct is overlooked while the staff keeps their jobs. View all feedback.
I went into the Bojangles on HWY 80 in Pooler in a panic after my order had been canceled at another chicken place, by them not me. I needed to feed about 30 people. I spoke to 2 managers and they said they could help.They had 80 pieces of chicken with ALL the fixings ready in less than hour and a half.They saved me and by the way, it was a Saturday!!!GREAT JOB AND A HUGE THANK YOU!
I went to this place at least 3 times and doubt I'm going to go a 4th. the food itself is in order, but the service is over slow. the last visit I had ordered to expect a little slower. it took 20 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich. this place was not really busy. I had to sit and wait for a sandwich while I was the only car in the drive thru so again I expected a wait, but 20 minutes is acceptable over everything.
I only stopped by for a quick breakfast, and Takira was fantastic. She took our orders and was very friendly and helpful in choosing our meals. She recommended some delicious cookies that I really enjoyed! I would highly recommend this place; the service was outstanding, and everyone was smiling!

I really love the Pork Chop Biscuit sandwich at Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits, whether on its own or as part of a combo. The menu offers great chicken options, and there’s plenty of convenient parking nearby. I also enjoy the coleslaw as a perfect side fixin'.
