Aqua Grill, established in 1988 and reinvented for 2016, is a beautiful contemporary restaurant located directly on the lake in the renovated Sawgrass Village shopping center. Visiting on a Friday afternoon, we were seated promptly but never got a server. Aqua Grill's sound issues and lackluster food left a lot to be desired. Despite a rude server Tery L, our experience was saved by waiter Rhett, who provided excellent service. The restaurant's consistently crowded atmosphere hints at its popularity. Ambiance and outdoor seating were highlighted, but slow service during a dinner for adults disappointed. However, positive experiences, including delicious food, prompt service, and accommodating staff, show promise. With friendly and attentive staff, delicious gluten-free options, and a delightful atmosphere, Aqua Grill is a solid dining choice.
