What Casa D doesn't like about Pollo Tropical:
I love the brand but not impressed with this location. Food was cold. They had to microwave it for me. Not sure if the freezing cold air conditioning was to blame but I had to eat outside surrounded by stray dogs. Seriously. Place was clean so can't complain about that but raise the thermostat in the dining room and do something about the dogs outside. I counted 5 of them the night I was there. View all feedback.
