I ordered three coffees and a steak sandwich today at this restaurant. The coffee took a long time to come out, and when it finally did, it was ice-cold. After waiting for an hour, I was told my sandwich was not available. I felt like I was treated poorly as a to-go customer, being made to wait in the heat to place my order.
