11:30am Sunday. Horribly slow. One customer inside going back and forth with an order. I could only make out bits and pieces of the Spanish, so I'm not sure what the issue was. I waited quite a while to order my Rewards cheeseburger. The other customerreceived her order and was complaining to the manager while I waited again. A different cashier came out and, when I asked aboutmy cheeseburger, he said the order didn't go through. The first cashier entered the Reward wrong. When I finally left with myburger, the customer and manager were still talking. I'd have given only 1 ???? if they didn't have decent rewards.
