I'm sorry if I spell her name wrong but, Ciris deserves acknowledgement for her amazing customer service. Very bright and cheerful. She informed us that our fries were going to take a little bit longer, so we pulled forward and waited. The absolute longest I?ve ever spent in a drive-thru. 40 minutes from start to stop. Counted at least 12 cars that left. Some had ordered, some had not. Attitude from all the employees (2 that I could see), ordered a simple 3 tenders combo, and they gotTHAT wrong.
