My wife and I happened to stop in the Koontz Lake Brewery while we were looking at real estate at the lake. It's simple exterior belies a delightfully decorated local pub. I tried their own brews while my wife sampled their root beer. Neither of us was disappointed! Great brews, great atmosphere, and a couple friendly owners. This place is a hidden gem. When it comes to other breweries, this one was kinda lacking. Most of the beers were just okay, and the food the kitchen could produce was no better than eating at home using a microwave. Hopefully, they have improved. I may give them another try since they will have a location thats not out of my way. View all feedback.

This is a great place with great beer. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
If you like slow service due to being under staffed and Okay food.. then this is where to go.
