During the first call, my address wasn't requested, so I mentioned that. After waiting 45 minutes, I called again and was told that my order had been out for a while. While I understand that delivering to Stevens Point can take some time, the phrase 'a while' felt a bit vague. Now, we've been waiting for an additional 20 minutes, and I'm still hungry and dissatisfied.".
