Surprisingly good and pretty cheap for 5th avenue. Looks like the kind of place that would prep frozen or pre-made stuff but it was all very fresh. Eg. staff made guacamole and pico de gallo when we ordered it. Good portion size too. Very friendly helpful waiter. View all feedback.

the folks are nice here and said they changed ownershop about 4 months ago and now it is very salsa or something - sign is the same. I should have known when i saw someone roll up with food for the kitchen in the trunk of their car (food poisioning anyone?) and when we got our food it wasn't very hot.
