Many applaud the engaging birthday parties, especially with hosts like Mickey, while others find maintenance issues in the arcade and limited food options. Experiences vary, from disappointing equipment malfunctions to commendable customer service, even in times of need. Though some guests enjoyed the extensive bowling lanes and communal vibe, others lamented abrupt lane closures and cleanliness concerns. We held our 40th high school reunion at this restaurant. There was a minor issue with the audio that could have been resolved more quickly. Initially, the staff didn’t serve us until we reached out to management. However, overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return.
Many of the games were in need of maintenance. The food was acceptable, but I wouldn't choose to have a main dish—only appetizers. The milkshakes earned this review four stars because they were quite good in both size and flavor.
Worked with the events team for hosting a kids birthday. The team was very patient and suportive throughout the booking process. The party was perfectly organized and timed. We couldn't ask for a better host than Mickey. She engaged the boys completely and each of them enjoyed the party one hundred percent. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience for us.
We also attempted to dine at the café, which was also not crowded, with only five tables occupied. However, we waited over 20 minutes without anyone greeting us or taking our drink orders, so we decided to leave. I understand that staffing is a significant issue for many businesses right now, but until this is resolved, I can't see us coming back. Considering the amount we spent today and the potential spending for lunch, it's hard for me to justify a return until the staffing situation improves.
Here now...2pm on busy Saturday--spend $200 on cards for kids and ropes course is closed, laser maze took the credit but doesn't even work, climb wall had one kid it and now it's closed again for a break. Bumper cars is the only activity the can doand then play the games...some of which don't work. Only one air hockey table-always occupied. The other large table out oforder. Such a disappoitment.
