I love the Legacy Central (Plano) location! It is bigger, cleaner and better occupied than those in Carrolton. The sushi is great, especially if you like traditional sushi. It's a Japanese chain! I'm half Japanese, so I love the stuff. Favourites include ama ebi (sweet shrimp), Skalopps, ikura (salmon roe), salmon and unagi (eel). The standards have really hit rock bottom. People put plates that they?ve taken off the belt back on the belt. Dirty tables, seats, plates and trays. Lots of bones in food that my boyfriend cut his mouth. Gross sauce smudges on trays and stuff. Servers don?t even bring your drinks or clean anymore. Just nasty environment overall.
