My favourite Hokkaido Ramen place, the broth is creamy and rich, noodle texture is great, pork is juicy tender. We ordered the Chef recommendation and Miso broth. Both ramen is great. Man, I drove from Oklahoma and decided to stop in Mitsuwa Marketplace. I saw the DosankoRamen and thought I’d try it. Ok, yes, it’s in a food mart, yes this isn’t Japan, but for the price, the Mitsuwa Marketplace food should resemble Japanese food on an airline. It did not do that.
