The food is decent—no complaints on that front. However, the issue is that they lack napkin dispensers. With all the butter, cheese, and sauces involved, you'll definitely need plenty of napkins. The only napkin they provide is the one that comes with the silverware, and during my last two visits, I even had to ask for silverware, despite being served rolls first that needed buttering.
