I'm so upset once again another phenomenal manager is leaving Starbucks. This is the friendlier of the Starbucks anywhere. They do the job on half staff and when people call out they aren't even upset. They have the best attitudes as well. But something is wrong when the keep loosing really awesome managers. Andrew, the worker who made my order today didn’t put my whip cream, my caramel drizzle, my caramel crunch when I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch. So obviously I go back to Andrew and I say this is a caramel frappe.
