I'm from Massachusetts originally, but now live elsewhere. Whenever I visit my family, this is always one of my first stops. The food is like home to me. On my most recent visit, I was greeted by the general manager. She was so patient and helpful in trying to get me deals for my large purchase. Ordered a teriyaki chx rice and grain bowl to go. My rice was not cooked at all, it was literally crunchy when I took a bite. And they forgot the pineapples in it too... The people there were super nice and place looked clean. Just upset about not getting my favorite rice bowl made well I ordered it just how it's supposed to come, no special instructions View all feedback.
