The room was clean and front desk staff nice but someone, i believe it was a cleaner, came into our room before 9 a.m. Perhaps they knocked, but we didn't hear them, just the door open and someone say hello scared the living daylights out of me! I've never had this happen, especially at a supposed 4 star hotel no thank you! View all feedback.
