Was Ms Lyn Coop at Dunkin' a mag?
Unfortunately, as we were leaving, I accidentally dropped my coffee, and I felt awful and frustrated. I went back inside and ordered another cup. Jefferson, remembering me, asked what had happened since he had just served me. I hesitated to admit my clumsiness, but eventually, I did. We shared a laugh about it, and Jefferson said, “It's okay, I’ll make you another.” And he did, immediately, and at no charge!

The experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The manager shows a lack of respect towards the staff and doesn't take health issues seriously. Employees often struggle to get in touch with her when they can't come to work. There was even a fire at the restaurant once, and it took her an hour and a half to respond. Sweetest lady ever!! Didn't catch her name but she was a doll! And my order was made so fast!!
Poor attitude. The employee working at 4:30 PM acted like I was bothering him just for asking for a bagel and coffee.

She's not dependable at all, seeming more focused on ignoring her employees than on running the establishment properly.
