I'm not one to write reviews. I do so today because I just experienced service to the level which I thought had long been relegated to the lore of ancient history.When an update to their online order system created issues for me, I called their store at Plain City Ohio to let them know of the issue. What Josh Hale doesn't like about Bibibop Asian Grill:
Really wish we had one of these in Lima, always used to get this on my way too or from Columbus. I say used because they got rid of the burrito it's only a bowl. The purple rice is fantastic but only having the option for the bowl makes this restaurant rather boring now. Also the entrances and parking at this location are kind of goofy.
