I haven’t visited the cafeteria since March because they haven't offered a vegetarian soup. Instead, I decided to try the sushi from Sushi Fuku at the Presby coffee shop, but that will be my last time. The rice was undercooked and crunchy, and several pieces had dried out. If they can’t manage to serve proper sushi rice, there’s no point in going back. I’ll just bring my lunch from now on. View all feedback.
