**Restaurant Review: KFC Experience—A Mixed Bag** Visiting this KFC location offers a rollercoaster of experiences. This KFC has the worst customer service in the area! This is the second time I've personally experienced poor service and their won't be a third. I tried to order a 16 pc bucket last night at 8:25 in the evening and was told they didn't have enough chicken to accommodate my order. When I said I'd wait for it, I was told by whoever was running the drive thru, that they were not cooking any more chicken because the cook was done for the night. FYI the store closes at 10:30! If you have the gas keep driving, you'll thank yourself...the attitudes and aggravation is so not worth the price of the chicken!

This restaurant is really dirty; the floor feels like it's coated in fryer grease. I placed a mobile order and arrived about 10 minutes after the app indicated my order would be ready, but it still wasn't prepared. Unfortunately, Penn Hills only has a couple of decent fast food choices: Rally's and Arby's.
When I explained that it was a different manager I spoke with before, her demeanor changed; she became rude, erratic, and spoke disrespectfully about the missing junior fries. I certainly wouldn't have gone through the trouble of coming all the way to the restaurant just to lie about two 99-cent fries they forgot. In the end, I politely requested a refund and went next door to Wendy’s instead. I plan to call tomorrow to address this issue with a different manager. The one on duty during the evening shift clearly lacks the necessary communication skills to handle customer concerns appropriately.
