Just there. Food was okay what we did get. My husband ordered a French Dip but they didn't write it down. So we have been waiting an hour for nothing. They asked my husband what he wanted for a side so he said cottage cheese. After we waited and waited and received the bill he said he would go ahead and pay it then still waiting he asked for his food. They looked and said all you got was the cottage cheese. Grrrrrr.... I’m new in town and happened upon this charming little restaurant. They have, without a doubt, the best mashed potatoes and gravy I’ve ever tasted! My son absolutely loved the chicken fingers and fries. The customer service was fantastic as well. I highly recommend checking it out if you're new to the area or just passing through!
The homemade salsa was outstanding, and most of the food was fantastic. However, they seem to be dealing with shortages of certain ingredients. The green chili could use a new recipe. The cod was a bit greasy, and please don't cook the burgers for too long, as they become dry when overcooked. Additionally, if you need to step outside for a smoke, please make sure to close the door, as the smoke wafted into the dining area.
Prices are high ,portions are small.The only good food in that town is at knotty pine,or A&W the other 2, I would not recommend .
