In the bustling world of fast food, one restaurant stands out for its delicious offerings, particularly its acclaimed fries, said to surpass those of major competitors. However, customer experiences vary widely; some patrons have faced issues with incorrect orders and frustrating service, particularly when utilizing digital coupons. While the service can sometimes disappoint, many appreciate the friendly demeanor of the staff, which often includes young employees. Despite occasional hiccups with order accuracy and wait times, diners repeatedly express their loyalty to this establishment, drawn by its delectable menu and competitive prices, marking it as a preferred dining choice.
The food was good, but my experience with DoorDash was frustrating. I waited almost 20 minutes for my order. I was supposed to pick it up at 9:44, but it wasn't ready until after 10 a.m. I know you can do better than this. However, this place is still one of my favorites to eat at. It's reasonably priced and has the best fries anywhere—better than McDonald's, Wendy's, and Burger King. When I eat these fries, I can't help but smile!
I'm currently going through a rough patch, so I didn't eat anything, but I must say the staff's kindness and efficiency were outstanding.
The food was excellent! While the prices were a bit high, they weren't as unreasonable as at some other places.
I visited this restaurant and was very disappointed with both the food and the service. The staff was quite rude, and when I tried to contact them about an incorrect order, they did not answer the phone. When I went back to resolve the issue in person, they refused to correct it. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
The service was disappointing, and they got our order wrong. However, it’s worth noting that many of the staff are still in high school, and it brings me joy to see young people earning their own money.
