We did a foot washing for the seniors and passed out shoes to them. So, we came here for lunch. My oh my what a treat. The best Southern meal I have had in a long time. View all feedback.

Get there early. Once they're out, you're either waiting for a new batch or it's done for the day.If you're game for fresh, hot, southern cookin', then this is the place for you!10/10 recommend.I enjoyed crisp fried catfish, yams, greenbeans, mac n' cheese corn muffin. Washed down with a bottled coke.
The food was overly salty. I couldn't eat it. All I could taste was salt . I had fried chicken and my hubby had catfish and the vegetables were very mushy,
This was our first time, so we had no idea what to expect. What we got was a delicious experience. Clean and quick. Slow cooked food with the right amount of seasonings. Smothered porkchops that will make you holler! I don't eat out for Soul Food bc I cook at home. But being new to the area, we had to try it. I am a happy woman, this day!
What a surprise at a rural airport, absolutely delicious, positively friendly and an overall fantastic dining experience. Saw a plane take off as entertainment through the window too!
It was closed again... I’m not suggesting that the food isn’t good or that the service is poor. They just have such unusual hours, and it seems like every time I decide to give them a try, they're closed. Hopefully, one day I'll be lucky enough to catch them open. I’ve had lunch brought to me from there, and it reminds me of the home-cooked meals I grew up with—absolutely delicious!
