I think durham is hurt for good j chicken and Yardies seems to have some good food. Although a little pricey for a j chicken meal I feel like in a pinch for j chicken it’s a not bad choice. 4/5
Nothing more I can say delicious regular oxtail and rice, yes I did make a review about finding a hair but that didn’t take away from the food quality and taste that was before. I had plenty of places that had hair in the food it’s sometimes an accident. Even with the most precautions. What I like about this place is that I don’t have to ask for hot sauce and I like my hot sauce I mean I will have 4 of those little plastic things in the my food. They don’t pinch you on that. That lady was really nice and even the gentlemen that is there sometimes.
I can't say enough good things about this place. The food is consistently excellent any of day of the week, and the staff are so kind. I've had my fair share of j chicken over the decades and this might be the best of the best!
Great tasting food!Anytime I'm in the Pickering/Ajax area I have to stop and get food here.Consistently great flavours and friendly service!Seating area is avaliable but not many seats. I usually order for takeout.
Who knew you could pack so much flavor into coleslaw. I learn something new every day. Plus, I found a Jamaican restaurant that actually serves yellow yam! If only I could get this at a Yardie price or at least a toonie Tuesday ?
