I always go for the salad bar. Very fresh veggies and alot of choices for protein. A big salad is about 9$ and its well worth it. When they run out of stuff, you can just ask them and they will bring more stuff. They even went in the store to get me hot sauce when they ran out. The manager solved a situation for me. He was very professional. The seating are is nice and clean. View all feedback.

They have a great variety of food. You can have sushi, soup, sandwiches, salads, hot meals or cold. I find it a little on the expensive side especially the grocery store. They have a great variety of items but again expensive. The quality is good so if you are willing to pay a little extra then this is your grocery store/eatery. View all feedback.

This is a well stocked locally sourced food store. Sure it has the usual available everywhere goods, but where they excel is local produce. Cheeses, sauces, baked goods. Wild Fish in season, prepares meals . A free tastes. Which we appreciate as we judge quality being offered. And of course on this visit fresh pickled spicy cucumbers which I never would have bought except samples were offered.
This restaurant offers a great option for busy individuals who are tired of restaurant food and are looking for healthy, prepared meals to take home at an affordable price. We absolutely loved the selection of organic products and baked goods. I have been a loyal customer of Farmboy for the past 3 years, preferring it over Loblaws. The fresh and delicious fruits sold here are some of the best I have ever tasted.
The grocery store is not very big however it is clean and well kept. They do cater to a lot of prepared individual and family sized meals. It is a little pricey.
