When they go to them, they see workers on their phone. I came to order food, but from any reason they did not accept orders. they had to order online, I asked if their system was down, but the coworker only said that they did what their supervisory officer told her to do, and could not accept mobile submissions. they closed early. I asked why, but they couldn't confirm why.
Order took 3x the time it was quoted online which led to waiting 40 minutes at the store for our simple order, after already waiting the quoted 20 at home. They didn’t even fullfill the full order and the food was soggy and cold because the wings were apparently done the whole time but the fries took an hour. Had to go back and get a refund. What a joke of a place.
The cashier was nice. The food was not too good. They must have had a different cook. The buns were stale and the fries were burned. Better luck next time.
We always order food from this restaurant at least once a month, but the last time we placed our order online when we arrived at the restaurant, the order was not ready yet, it was very hot and my husband asked the cashier for a glass to drink water and shetold him that they did not have glasses to drink water. This simply seems unacceptable to me, very bad attitude of that cashier.
Ordered take out tonight. Wings seemed like they weren?t even cooked all the way. Had to bake them to make sure. The fries didn?t have any seasoning on them. Overall, just gross. Threw most of it out. Don?t recommend.
