I've eaten at this location many times over several years. The service is always decent and the interior always clean. The sandwiches are good and seem to be a decent value for price. Finding how to access this Schlotzky's parking lot is a little like a maze or puzzle. And yes you have to ask for a key to the bathroom as noted by another reviewer.
