All I had was a tea, I checked myself out. I do love that I don't have to wait in line for just a drink. They have several self check out stations. It's a nice place to hang out with friends and chat.
I just received a delivery today, and unfortunately, one of the items was missing: our broccoli cheddar soup. We ordered four, but only received three. I called the restaurant, and they resolved the issue by providing credit for our next order, but it still requires us to call again to inform them. It’s quite a hassle. Also, it would be great if they could ring the doorbell when the order arrives so we know it’s here. On a positive note, the food was good, and I really loved the bread!
I always have great experiences at all Panera Breads but this particular location is way above the standard. I?ve been going here daily for the last 8 months and from day one I have felt like family. Nadia, Ala, Sabrina and Lilly go above and beyond notonly for me and my partner but for every customer that comes in. Getting to witness them interact with other guest as thoughthose they were guest in their own homes it a great feeling. It creates a kind of warm and vibe that?s intoxicating. Thank youladies.
