When we visited the family in AZ we had dinner together. This is a jewel of a place in a strip-mall, but completely cozy and comfortable once inside. The owners are incredible and bring their food from local farmers. I enjoyed the Pesto gnocchi and cream brulee for dessert. The bartender made me a delicious Moscow Mule. It’s unfortunate that the customer service was so bad because the food was actually pretty good. We placed an order over the phone for pickup. They said it would be ready in 25 minutes. We showed up 35 minutes later. It was not ready. They said it would be ready soon. It was very clear they hadn’t started it yet but just wouldn’t admit their mistake.
