I went through the drive-thru about an hour ago to get an original recipe meal. The person at the window checked my order twice to ensure it was the original recipe. However, when I got home, I found that I received a bland crispy order instead. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go back.
The staff were rude, and the food wasn't worth the price. The place was empty, yet there was no one to clean so we could sit down. I definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Food rating: 2/5.
Moreover, I was charged almost $20 for a five-piece Nashville chicken order, which felt excessive. When I received my food, there was barely any hot sauce on the chicken—it was almost like I received regular chicken instead. I believe the management should really consider training their staff to be more professional and attentive. Overall, this experience was frustrating and left me feeling like I was taken advantage of during my visit.

I wish I could give a zero and wish I would have read reviews first but I was in the area let’s see if this kfc better than the one on 7th Ave Hell no they all nasty and workers don’t care. What kind of sick person would be happy to serve horrible food period. You have to be just careless or dgaf about what you doing Stay away from this place
