Was made of white meat and I had to take all dark meat and annoying part of it that they no longer sell hot wings at this place. workers need to work more on customer service and respect customers because it seemed like they were all young workers and seem very unprofessional play loud derogative music. experience was everything through the ride-thru waited 30 minutes for my huh?
Can I give ZERO stars? “Don” is the rude person and should not work with the public along with his little layer manager who believes their attitude is sweet. we spent over $300 on eating for a company party, only the half was delivered and when we got into the load, we got nothing but rude and were accused of lying. if the franchise owner takes care of their charging, they would not and fire the little rude girl and get someone who actually knows the customer service. You're not going here.
The eating was good and the usual for kfc. the manager was rude. they had not made any white meat huh. we could only buy chicken pliers and legs legs legs 3 pieces meal were good. this was the first time at a kfc where it was a disappointment. food: 3/5

Ordered 78.00$ dollars including a tip on 9/26 for my family as a rare treat, we were missing 3 side items a piece of chicken that was clearly taken off the top in the bucket with the lid left open, called them directly and the woman was not nice stating she knew it was all there because she packed it herself, I said well it must have been your delivery service then she says well you would have to deal with them, I didn't contract thru them they did? No responsibility on their part what so ever. We have decided at this point it's just not worth going back to KFC ever again. Will just switch to Church's from now on ....
