Was Ramona M at Chili's Grill a mag?
The Cajun pasta was delightful, featuring a wonderful flavor that wasn't overly spicy. However, they forgot to include the extra sauce and the tomatoes that were meant to be in the dish, but it was still very tasty. I also requested a side of ranch dressing for the fries, but that was overlooked as well. On the other hand, the burger was absolutely fantastic! View all feedback.
What Jennah I dislikes about Chili's Grill:
The wings were served cold, as if they had just come out of the fridge. The mango habanero sauce was lacking in flavor. The salad consisted mainly of lettuce and croutons and was warmer than the chicken; there were no tomatoes or cucumbers included. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, but instead received brisket. Yesterday, 7 people in my party and the curv haired kerl with glasses in the front would not sit up because only 5 people were there in my party. So before I called the wut, the people sat down a party waiting for the group, but could not put us? So I called the manager who has a young haircut. she came out so irate and escalated. she always talked about me, I want to argue. I called a lousy. it's sad as a customer I had to deescalate the situation. this is bad management for a manager who wants to fight a customer. So all this drama was so unnecessary, they lied and said that they couldn't take us because our whole party wasn't there, but still they set us up? so clearly the “policy” is not present. no accountability. but our server was amazing props for them!
This is the closest Chilis to my house so I go here somewhat often. I get sat in Angels section pretty often and I'm always happy to have him as my server. He's always greeting us with a smile and is very helpful in getting us what we need and making really great suggestions. Request him and tip him big!
Terrible dining experience. When we arrived there was no greeter or hostess. So we waited to put our name in for seating. A line had formed by the podium. We ordered burgers, but the buns we stale and the fries cold. After our meal we wanted to sit and talk, no one would clear our plates, even after pushing them to the side. A take out box was requested, but we had to ask three times before we received one, no easy task. As we exited I noticed the reason for the awful service. The staff was in the bar talking and joking with their friends. Avoid this location, try a different Chili's. I've always had good food and service at their other locations nearby...
Review of Thomas at the 75th Avenue location: The service here surpassed even that of Scottsdale! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by not just one, but two servers, along with attentive management. As individuals with experience in the service industry, both seasoned and newcomers, we were truly impressed!
