I had made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a business meal with a client. We were staying at the hotel for a conference. When we got to the restaurant 10-minutes before reservation time, we were told they are not honoring reservations because they are not properly staffed and they won't be able to seat us for 30-40 minutes.
