Ordered two of their chicken ranch sandwiches. Both were 80-20% breading over chicken and were hard as a rock. I ended up spitting out huge chunks of rock hard crust and tossed the second one in a dumpster. Why bother offering up that garbage? Also tried their Wagyu burger. First time it was pretty decent.
