Morimoto, an iconic restaurant with a consistent cutting-edge style and interesting menu, has been a go-to spot for many loyal customers for two decades. While some diners have expressed disappointment over certain dishes not meeting their expectations, the overall experience at Morimoto seems to be one of quality and creativity. The service is top-notch, the ambiance is fabulous, and the variety of vegetarian options makes it a great choice for diners with dietary restrictions. Despite a few minor issues like seating comfort and lack of authenticity in some dishes, Morimoto continues to impress with its beautiful presentation, attentive service, and overall dining experience.
What Lisa likes about Morimoto:
We went to Morimoto for a Christmas Eve dinner. We went with their special Omakase menu. Our waiter was a serious hype man for the cuisine. He was super excited about all of the dishes. I’m only giving it 4 stars because while it was a beautiful meal, nothing blew me awa... View all feedback.
What Oleta Mayer doesn't like about Morimoto:
We've been here for 20 years. The place is consistent cutting, stylish, tasty and interesting. The only complaints I had were that we made our reservations over a week in advance and we sit right next to the lobby/front door - and that the dress code is not enforced. People came with naked mitts, torn jeans, sweaters. In my opinion, that takes away a lot of class and dismaying the chef. This is an iconic restaurant! View all feedback.
